when you're rapping about actual crimes, yes.feds definitely pick and choose which cases to pick up…and trust and believe his notoriety as a rapper played a part…shyt wouldn’t otherwise be worth their time, this dude ain’t some kinda mob boss or something …or do you honestly think the feds are citing the fukks hobbs act for every low level two bit criminal accused of taking off with a couple pair of sneakers….shyt was caught on camera, local authorities would’ve had trouble wrapping all that shyt up

The FBI is now investigating an armed home invasion and murder that took place in November at a Cutler Bay residence, and released new surveillance footage of the suspects who are wanted in the case.
The incident happened on November 5th, around 11 p.m., when 31-year-old Daniel Macko was home with his wife and a friend in the vicinity of Southwest 222nd Street and Southwest 99th Avenue in Cutler Bay.
The FBI said they became involved in the incident due to "an ongoing Hobbs Act investigation." The Hobbs Act criminalizes robbery and extortion.
MIAMI, FL – The Miami-Dade Police Department, Robbery Bureau along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Miami Task Force has arrested a woman believed to be responsible for a series of armed robberies at three south Miami-Dade supermarkets and a gas station.
She is being charged in a federal indictment under the “Hobbs Act” for robberies and/or extortion and for charges related to brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
