Foogiano is cool but he gets outshined on track with Pooh and even uses Pooh's flow. Foogiano dropped a mixtape in November and it went nowhere already.

Meanwhile, Shiesty & 30 are among the hottest out and got everybody using their style. Keeping them out on the streets is the key.

Nobody else did what they've done with no mixtape out.

Yeah I'm definitely hoping they both drop some type of mixtape...

I'm from the outside lookin in, but it seems to me like they would rather drop random shyt than to lock in and drop a cohesive project

Mixtapes as we knew it are dead. Dropping song and visuals on Youtube and DSPs is the wave with the target demographic.

Think about it, they drop a mixtape of 12 songs only for maybe 2 or 3 to really stick. But if you keep dropping songs, each song gets it's own time to shine. And that helps with touring also.

Foogiano dropped a mixtape with 17 songs and at best 2 might be remembered now.

Visuals>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>mixtapes

It's been years (the blog rap era) since an actual full mixtape put a Black artist on. Now it's almost always particular songs that put people on (Kodak, Cardi, City Girls, etc). Even with Youngboy it was the videos to "38 Baby" that made peoole check out that mixtape.

I’ll agree to disagree. I don’t know of anybody using what I’ve seen of Pooh shiesty’s flow but I know he’s more popular. I would also say Foogiano smashes him on the tracks I’ve heard but again thats me.

Foogiano’s only problem to me is that he still dresses like he shops exclusively at Citi Trends and just throws on a designer belt.
