How does this work

It doesn't start its life as a gun, it's just a piece of plastic (or metal) that resembles a firearm receiver. Therefore you don't need to register it as one. I can make a spoon shoot a bullet, that doesn't make it illegal to own without registering it.

You can get aftermarket barrels and they don't have serial numbers.
so you supposed to order an aftermrket barrel...

then goto the website in Op and order the rest... put it together...
and get caught up regardless because not having a serial wont help when theres a trail of your purchases

:snoop:

be better off buying a throwaway from the hood homie...
at least it wont be connected to you even though it has a serial...

that's the whole point right?
having an illegally unregistered gun thats connected to you is worthless...
having a stolen gun thats not connected to you actually makes sense

80%s ARE LEGAL

How to Serialize & Build an 80% Lower in California.
AB 857 and What it Means for 80% Lowers in California
California's AB 857 legislation dictates that:

    • All finished firearms possessed by individuals in the state must have a serial number engraved.
    • Any weapons made prior to July 1, 2018 require a serial number to be engraved on the weapon, though the serial number nor the weapon itself needs to be reported to the California Department of Justice.
    • Any 80% lower finished after July 1, 2018 needs to have a unique serial number engraved on the weapon which is assigned to it by the California Department of Justice through an application process.
    • You can still buy an 80% lower without any paperwork, but you can't legally fabricate it into a firearm until you have a serial number approved and assigned by the state.
    • If you finished an 80% lower before July 1, 2018, there is no reasonable way for the California DOJ to prove that you built your 80% lower after the deadline. Take that with a grain of salt and let the implication sink in.

I have not. 80% of the gun is unserialize however YOU WILL have to serialize to carry it legally in some places.

I'd rather not have the gov knowing what's in my home.
It’s perfectly legal own these firearms. Why would you advertise as you planned on illegal firearms anyway? These are on serialized firearms the Law abiding citizen can have delivered anywhere they want.

Can y’all gimme a little info about these? This looks dope as fukk

you just posted a pic of them on the internet...
they know now

:snoop:

PRISM (surveillance program) - Wikipedia

All I gotta do is delete it from the host once we've discussed this

And I'm not trying to hide anything. I just don't want shyt coming back to my name if my name gets ran IRL

Again, all this is perfectly legal. Go on cal guns.net and see for yourself

Feds are way more concerned with stolen weapons than 80%s

Go to any online gun store and explain to me why a barrel can be sent straight to your home and not an FFL.

80% of the gun come from unserialized breh :snoop:
breh im just confused as hell now...

you guys are leaving a purchasing trail to have an unserialized firearm..
so that the government doesnt know you have it...
but access to your bank records/online history/delivery service records would show you have a weapon
wut?
