From a health standpoint it makes sense.

Birth defects are much more likely in older women's pregnancies than in younger women.

If you're afraid of having to raise a special needs kid. I'd do it earlier than later. But at the same time older woman tend to be more financially secure so their babies tend to have better childhoods
