Nah! No tolerance during summer months :camby:

Eh, if you eat a little lighter/cleaner for breakfast or lunch you can more than get away with a good dessert at the end of the day :blessed:

I love the word "treat". As in "an event or item that is out of the ordinary and gives great pleasure.."

That's how people should treat their foods.

Well carrots do have a lot of carbs for a vegetable :troll:

If you don't have issues with gluten no real need to avoid it :manny:

im not sure i even understand what gluten is yet. i have heard the term but never looked into it. only reason i even heard about it is because my wife's dermatologist suggested the sudden switch to whole wheat might have something to do with her recent flare up of acne. idk shyt is all confusing as hell to me now. before when i lost weight all i did was cut out shytty food and drink alot of water. but now theres so much more shytty food that wasnt considered shytty before :pachaha:

It's a mind fukk. Personal opinion:

For the general population if you are feeling well, eating well and operating well I wouldn't worry about the parsing of the three macros.

well for me right now im trying to lose some weight. i dont feel sick or too sluggish or anything, but all the weight i gain tends to gather at my midsection. i literally havent had mcdonalds in almost a year, i dont drink ANY juice or soda, i dont eat past 7pm, i cut out white rice and potatoes and white bread months ago, and i work out 4 times a week. yet i have barely lost any weight at all. so when she told me that gluten shyt im like :ohhh: maybe thats why i cant lose this fukking gut but idk. theres overflow of info out there and i just get overwhelmed trying to find out. i recently signed up to start doing bjj again which i havent done in 2 years so maybe thats the change i need, a more intense workout.

I see your point. I think you have to look at what your current program is:

What do your workouts consist of?
Total cals consumed
Macro make up of total cals
Sleep schedule
Stress levels
