Nah, you have no proof of this. If even 2 people in that congregation had guns, there would have been a crazy gun fight and more dead people. I guarantee you, all gun owners are not good shots. Police, who are issued and required to practice shooting don't even have good shooting records. Most casual gun owners don't go to the range regularly or practice under stress conditions.
