I think there is something the black people in Colombia along with surrounding states can do. South Carolina along with North Carolina has a pretty sizable black population that can organize petitions across the country that will ask congress to address getting the flag removed which should be made a public issue.The swastika or naizi flag has been banned from being hung in any state capital across America due to the painful memories it brings to jews. I could not live in a state where they have a confederate flag hanging up. At some point,it would really start fukkin with my head. knowing these crackers were the same ones who were lynching my forefathers while flying the flag in the background

Here's the thing about it. It's written into the state's law so it's not as cut and dry as people think it is. That's why you keep hearing those shady ass politicians talking about it was a compromise or sidetalking it altogether. They know it is a career killer. It takes a 2/3 vote by the legislation to move it and that's not going to happen until some old people die off. States laws trump what Congress to do because that's how this country was set up. Trust me part of the problem is that Columbia is the only city that has to deal with the sight of it where it isn't personal rights. The rest of the cities and areas of the state truly keep the benefit of taking the "out of sight, out of mind" approach to it because they don't have to deal with it or see it. They'll use stuff like "it was never a controversy until ...blah blah blah" because if they move to Greenville, Hilton Head, Rock Hill, Myrtle Beach, the outskirts of Charleston and more most people don't even know that flag exist. I've had a person confront me downtown Columbia before on Main St. asking wtf was wrong with the people of Columbia to fly that flag and she went on a rant about living in another part of the state moving from Toledo, OH. I explained to her the history and how that's the STATEHOUSE and Columbia can't do shyt about it and she began to understand. I'll be honest with you...it don't matter where you are at...the first time i was straight up called a nikka to my face was in California of all places [Los Angeles]

I never said his was good either. And I would agree that Sanders was relatively the best. He is an independent and has the most leeway with his platform.
