Both the generals and privates are white and both have a history of hating Africans. Hopefully the day comes when these wicked demons are wiped from the face of the earth. Only then would there be peace on this planet

Dom violence calls are a lose lose for cops. If there visible threat, and children are around, they have the authority to deescalate the situation. If there isn't a visible threat, they have to leave or wait until something pops off; usually police appearance provokes a fight.
I never heard of the police breaking in to stop a potential Dom violence doe. In my experience cops make an appearance then bounce. Then these are white ppl....
