Never understood leaving the scene when the car is registered to you
So you can say somebody else was drivingNever understood leaving the scene when the car is registered to you
Not if it was due to medically induced confusion due to hitting your head.Fleeing the scene is a extra charge though
I understand if it you got drugs or alcohol in your system. Especially if someone ends up hurt or dead from the crash. Don't know how it is in Dallas, but in Missouri it used to be even if you were under the legal limit if alcohol was detected in your system and someone died from the accident they could hit you with involuntary manslaughter.Never understood leaving the scene when the car is registered to you
