It's not that nobody talks about it, it's just that only people of a certain age group talk about it and it's appreciation has lessened with those horrible sequel. It's also pretty low brow humor.

The first one was the best. I don't remember seeing it on channel 11 growing up. The funniest part is when Mahoney sends those cats to the blue moon bar.
; and that music comes on lol

Looking back, the shyt that was marketed to kids in the 80's was fukking crazy.

Police Academy was essentially an R rated film with with nudity and all kinds of profanity and adult subject matter.....and they made a fukking kids cartoon show based on it. :dwillhuh:

Robocop was a violently gory film and they made videogames, cartoons and kids toys based on it.

First Blood was another crazy violent film that ended up getting a Saturday morning cartoon.

Can you imagine if they made a cartoon about something like Inglorious Basterds or Attack the Block.

Them Gen x parents are 2 soft.

That is what i love about the 80's they just didn't give a fukk. Hell kids could have bought tickets to R rated movies back in the day and no one gave a fukk. :jawalrus:

Conan the Barbarian had a fukking cartoon but i love the way they worked around the violence.

Kids cartoon today are 2 soft and can't hang.

The first 4 are hilarious, I mainly dont mess with 5 because of no Mahoney dude is a classic coozehound. The first one is a childhood fav mainly because of the beach scene with the titties and kim catralls fine ass:why:

Im also surprised the first one got rated r the type of humor was the same throughout the series the rest were pg or pg13 with the same jokes.

I never knew Tackleberry passed yrs ago, he was a hilarious tool in these shyts. His family fukking each other up for scenes at a time was also some recurring funny shyt.

Police Academy also had ill music too!:krs:

Dope thread.

PROTCTOOOOR!
