i doubt this is true and if it was true then that would make no sense at all for him to go at drake and criticize rappers for not writing their raps, meek is stupid but cant be that stupid.. Meek most likely wanted to use quentin to diss drake but obviously quentin denied.

Meek then reached out to Drama who is also from Philly and has the studio where QM most likely recorded the reference tracks and the rest is internet history.
