It was after #87 grabbed his facemask. Hitchens was trailing behind him until Stafford under threw the ball that allowed Hitchens to catch back up to #87. Once he caught back up, #87 grabbed Hitchens facemask to push him back. You can clearly see #87 extending his hand forward grabbing Hitchens facemask to push him back.

hitchens grabbed his jersey, THEN the TE grabbed the facemask, THEN HITCHENS pushed his outter shoulder while NOT making a play for the ball.

Ref threw the flag but once the cowboy sidline erupted in protest as well as the crowd, the ref said ah fukk it and picked up the flag. the classic i didnt mean to throw the flag even tho i saw a blatant penalty which is the reason i threw the flag in the first place. Dallas got a huge favor and detroit has no winning will power so that sealed it.

you guys know damn well know the league and the refs always side with the receiver in situations like that. This not like the old days, 98 percent of contact with a receiver past 5 yards is getting flagged for DPI or Defensive Holding.Funny thing is that I didnt even see a flag for the offensive pass interference y all were talking about in earlier in the play. At least For them to factor that onto them throwing a flag for DPI and then rescinding it (again I have never seen a DPI called and then get rescinded like that). so
The funny thing about y all nikkas, is that if you flipped it and a lions linebacker did that to Dez or Witten.. And the refs did that bullshyt.... you would be up in arms right now talking about the cowboy haters got to the refs.
Again cut it out, It was Defensive Pass Interference, and the Refs may helped you guys win that game. That was a critical call.
Then again y all deserved to win, Cowboys were clutch on both sides of the ball and the Lions.............. well weren't. But stop trying to justify that call because it was a horrible call. It is universally accepted. I only see Cowboys Fans defending it.
