How ppl got time to listen to all these podcast that shyt dead to me :mjlol:
I had to single out like one podcast for music, one for sports, one for movie reviews, etc. Too many podcasts are too similar. I’m not the one to tell folks to stop doing them though :yeshrug:

There’s a dude from my hometown that has a podcast about our hometown talking to people who were dope at sports in high school:mjlol: I mean it would be cool if they were still in high school. They’re like 30 now lol. He talks to business owners too so that’s cool

Nah there is too many podcasts. Even worse they all primarily talk about the same topics. Only the ones where they spew their ignorant takes on dating and women that get traction. Just idiots saying nothing to get views and get talked about on the TL for a week.
so is the issue too many podcast or their diversification of topics?

I know what she's trying to say but she's not understanding the issue. People will try whatever they can to break from there circumstance. If they see a rapper being successful, they gravitate to wanting to rap for a living if it's something they can do, because they see it in front of them. Podcasts are becoming the in thing to do, and people will continue to take that path because they see the the path in front of them. Dream of going to the league and balling, because we as a society gravitate to the league and heap praise admiration and money on the players. Many people don't see successful black electricians walking down the street that will give them the game, they don't "See it" now are there some out there? Sure, but it isn't as openly seen as your favorite rapper or a famous athlete. When she phrases it like this it just comes off as making a statement without expressing, or understanding why things are the way they are.
