Not really. Throwing the hat means the offensive player stepped out of bounds.
that called incomplete pass when it was clearly complete was ridiculous. i think the TE still got a defenseless receiver call but they blew the hell out of that particular call...
why did he throw his hat?

The scabs are horrendous but yall act like the primadonna refs weren't fukking up every other game last year...They really weren't that much better in terms of competency...
My main beef with the scabs is they don't have control of the game...The coaches and players are heavily influencing the calls...
