Until fans stop watching games and people stop going to the stadiums, the NFL has NO incentive to stop this... the ratings, publicity, and controversy will get them more TV ratings and coverage than EVER right now... which equals MORE MONEY.

So what's the NFL's incentive on bringing them back?

That's the truth right there. Ya'll can be mad at Roger Goodell all you want, but he works for the 31 owners of the NFL. As long as the stadiums are filled every game day and the NFL viewing public continues to support the league by purchasing tickets and going to the games, buying NFL paraphanelia, and tuning in to watch, the Owners won't care. This is a business...as long as the money keeps on rolling in, why would they care that they are compromising the game.
