So I'm doing my rounds on mortal Kombat rounding up blatantly demonic bigits to have removed from Playstation Network and discovered PlayStation now says

Use the in game feature to report a user and if one doesnt exist hit the block button.

Mk 11 has yet to add an in game report feature

In previous updates playstarion had categories to report users based on the type of language being used but I guess that was an Obama era feature that is no longer required.

So fyi we back to the wild wild west days on psn
