Pretty easy.
I only made them for early demos. Sometimes Euro or Jap regions get demos earlier than NA region. I made them using fake addresses and names. You can check on youtube for vids that walk you through the steps for Jap accounts.
For Euro accounts:
go to users on the XMB.
then create a new user.
give him/ her a name
go make a fake hotmail.com address.
go to create playstation account
give all information
say you are from 123 seseme street, york, england, YO1 6ET

Yeah, I haven't been active at all on my PS3 for like the last 5 or 6 months. But I was an early adopter and I have 2 PS3s right now.

I got PS+ after xmas but they didn't say what the criteria is to get it
I copped a 60gb within the first few months and got nothing
