This shyt trending online and twitter. Sony in trouble brehs. I mean what more else can they show you that they are struggling financially. Poor R&D with VR/ dated ass Sony Xperia streaming handheld label as a console to shareholders for sales 😂

Again Microsoft is ahead of the curve that billion dollar company continues to show why they been so dominated for decades. They were were able to create an avenue to make themselves from relying on console sales like Sony
Yes, they've certainly been dominated for a couple of decades :mjlol:

Console sales don’t matter when it’s not stuffing the pocket and your revenue is in third place.

Console Sales mean nothing. Again Console Sales mean nothing
Keep saying it over and over again, it'll keep the depression at bay when those December NPD numbers come in

Why are you so fukking stupid? Playstation has been pulling in 10b more revenue than Xbox before they acquired Activision and it's now around even.

foh with that 3rd place ducktales when you haven't even had a fiscal quarter with Acti yet.

You stupid c*nts run with fake info all the time, the guy who tweeted playstation was 3rd walked that shyt back because he messed up.

In their report, Toyo Securities highlights this issue as well, saying that this will become even more of a problem in the next generation of consoles, suggesting that Sony should stop seeking increased performance, which leads to increased development costs, and release a smaller system with bigger mass market appeal.
So basically, take notes from GOATendo. :sas2:

That thread with an article saying AAA games are about to run into a wall has been right all along. These games are just too expensive and take too long to make at a clip to really elevate a console. This gen's console lineups are looking like those failed NBA superteams. 3 stars and a bunch of trash surrounding them.

Both Sony and MS gotta make some AA franchises that can make people hype to surround their big flagship games. :manny:

The reality is the console game market reached its limits. There's only so many customers that are willing to go out and buy your $400-$500 box and generations ago the limit was reached.

That's how you got God of War and Horizon on PC because they need more growth.

That's how you got damn near a 30% mark up on PS+ plans because they need more growth. Once any system crosses over 100 million sold the sales begin to stall and decline. Even something like the Nintendo Switch is going to struggle to pass numbers a system from 2000 put up.

The increase in prices is only going to have a negative impact. Happened to cable TV. Reached its limits kept increasing its prices and got disrupted, and now it's in a death spiral of shedding customers and increasing prices leading to more customers leaving.
