The video promos were the best parts of those games, Nitro/Thunder. The rest of the game was :trash:
Usually the sequels are supposed to improve upon the previous games, but Thunder took everything Nitro did bad and made it worse. The game moving at a 200% increase was the most ridiculous shyt ever. Inland production made nothing but flops.:mjlol:

Thunder was basically copy and paste from Nitro. Aside from the coked out gameplay, I don’t remember anything different.

They had fmv intros, you could change affiliations, and a couple of new match types. None of it mattered though since the game was absolute shyt. That was a rough time for wrestling fans who only had a Playstation, because the N64 was killing it with Revenge. The best wrestling games for the Playstation were the WWF arcade games like Wrestlemania and IYH, and WCW vs The World.

Nitro and Thunder held me down. I was a kid and wasn’t one of these gamer weirdos obsessed with shyt. :mjlol:

Those E fighting games bored me after some time. I didn’t like the SF/MK style they did. Attitude and War Zone had me :blessed:

And WCW vs the World was basically WCW/NWO for the PS.

WCW vs The World was before WCW vs NWO, it was known as Virtual Pro Wrestling in Japan a year before.
