It’s funny you say this cause I came in here specifically to say this was the best produced album of 2018 it’s just a damn shame all these beats went to one of the worst rappers in history. I think about the rappers I would’ve rather heard over these beats and just facepalm. And not even super lyrical rappers or anything. Migos, Gucci, Scooter, OJ Da Juiceman and several others in that same lane would’ve done way more with these beats.

really like the beats on this album. thats the only thing that kept me coming back to it periodically. something about the production he uses is crazy..never over thought or complex. just simple and knocking.

I wish it was mixed down better and mastered though. maybe hes trying to go for that DIY / Punk / Bedroom type of thing of quick one takes and its done...put it out there, but a lot of the tracks literally sound like shyt. they could have done a better job on the engineering

That’s why I’ve always said it doesn’t even need to be “lyrical” rappers over his beats, but simply rappers that actually can put sentences together. Give me Young Scooter, Mexico Rann, Migos, or OJ Da JuiceMan over these beats and the songs would go up greatly.
