A Pizza Hut worker allegedly killed his manager in the restaurant’s kitchen this month over a $7,000 inheritance check the victim cashed earlier in the week, according to Wisconsin authorities.

Kavonn Ingram was charged with the Feb. 5 homicide of 55-year-old Alex Stengel, whose body was later tossed in a dumpster outside Pizza Hut in early February, police said.

South Milwaukee police received a call of a dead body at the garbage area, from where officers followed a trail of blood to the kitchen, a criminal complaint states, according to reports.

The 31-year-old was charged in first=degree homicide.

Several days prior, Stengel, of Cudahy, cashed a $7,000 check and showed off the wad of dollars bills to co-workers, including Ingram, according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Police allege the money was behind the fatal encounter.

Stengel was shot and his throat was slashed, with additional stab wounds around his neck, WISN reported.Police reportedly believe he was killed in the kitchen before he was wrapped in a garbage bag and tossed in a garbage can that was wheeled outside.

His wallet, keys and cellphone were all gone, the Journal Sentinel reported.

Ingram, 31, of Milwaukee, was arrested after authorities said he was spotted on surveillance footage dragging a garbage can from the fast food spot to the dumpsters around 10:30 a.m. Feb. 5, the criminal complaint alleges.

Ingram tried to cover his tracks by clocking out for Stengel after he allegedly dragged the body outside and also sent texts from his phone to a regional manager, the newspaper reported.

Ingram is facing a life sentence on the first-degree homicide charge. He also faces hiding a corpse as a party to a crime, armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon, according to reports.

RIP.. but never show off money to your low paid employees.

U not working in the yankees front office with motherfukkers who got 7k in they pockets as well, u working with nikkas who barely see 7k a year

Never show off money to anybody, whether they are low paid or not. Because you don't know how bad off some of these so-called high paid employees are. We just don't know how desperate some people are.

Mfs be telling on themselves. I have 4-5 coworkers that go to the casinos 4-5 times a week. They are members or some shyt and i guess the casinos always have door prizes and giveaways.

Anyway those mfs stay coming to work like "i win $300 at the casino today!" "I went to the casino today lost $100" "I hit $2500 at the casino!"

Talking all sorts of loud and shyt.
