Man, what is up with Midwest negroes, especially the Milwaukee clowns? They do the most and are just trash from what I see online.

Can't really speak to the Midwest as a whole since the differences between major cities is noticeable. I'll speak as succinctly as possible to Milwaukee from my perspective (Black, 40+ and lifelong resident), but someone else might feel differently:

Milwaukee has the bulk of Wisconsin's Black population. The actions of some bum can't be conflated with all of us. But I think when you see certain behaviors and outcomes here today, it's generally woven into our fabric from history decades in the making. To this day, the city is comically segregated due to past years of redlining and other restrictions intended to keep Black folks confined to a certain area and standing. That matters because there's no stable, concentrated pockets of middle or upper-class Black people. There's not an established or collective economic or social bar for aspiration. I always say, "How are you gonna know what good is if you've never had it good?" I've got homies who won't leave their hood, and that reduces their worldview to a few blocks on the north side of town. And it's too bad because this isn't a particularly difficult city to navigate socially and be upwardly mobile (if you want that.)

Our public school system (MPS) has been incompetently managed for years. The alternatives are equally poorly-run choice schools or attempting to place your kids in a (sometimes overtly racist) suburban system. But, ultimately most Black kids end up in MPS. Factor in that at certain points in time, the city was a national leader in teenage pregnancy. And add in that the state has a ridiculously high incarceration rate for Black men. So you end up with kids raising kids (sometimes without a father), then putting their kids in a shytty school system, leaving said system poorly equipped to be successful. Not to mention whatever goofy shyt they see on social media or garbage music they listen to. I could go on, but that's it in a nutshell.
