Well kinda. I'd be weary about any Tom, dikk or Harry doing IIFYM considering that everyone's body metabolizes food differently. Because I don't get great sleep in a given week (cortisol and a carb sensitivity to boot) on top of periodically getting stressed by dumb shyt annnnd after coming down from 300 plus...a couple slices have to come few and far in between.That's the real problem with this stuff.
