I'm a follower of Huey Newton, who gave a whole speech on the need for Black folks to unite with the gay rights movement, and Dr. King, who let a gay man be one of his closest advisers and learned civil rights strategy from him. I don't hate gay people or trans people because I have no reason to. None of them ever did shyt to me, plus they have their own struggles. Some of the issues that affect them affect us, too. You can pretend gay shyt is restricted to Ellen Degeneres and the "gay media" if you want, but that's on you.
