Don't know how the 1st 2 cats are, but the 3rd right beside Dame is Omillo, white broad is Rachel Hunter and then there's Biggs

The guy on the left is Bobalob, aka Biggs' older brother. He was in The Best Out crew with Dame. He got killed right before The Black Album and Jay rapped about him on "Lucifer."

Funny thing is I actually have footage this party on VHS. It aired on MTV as a special called "Jay-Z's Roller Ball" and it had a skating rink theme as you see.
