I can only remember ever renting one movie and that was Our Friend, Martin. I loved that movie when I was a kid.

I know I got to rent a lot more but that's the only one I can ever remember cause I begged my mom to get it. Never knew about that electric bill thing.

Lowkey doe, dem mom n pop video stores had a great vibe to em. Used to have shyt dem chain franchises didn't. Mah pops used to go to dis one spot n bring back all kinds of indie/off brand shyts. I remember vaguely seeing bits n pieces of dis one joint called "Naked Lunch". Had a young nikka like lol

And a bunch of other crazy films I didn't really appreciate nor undastand till I got older.

My local video store as a kid had $1 Tuesdays. I use to go in the day before and hide the video games I wanted and would go in early Tuesday to find them

No fukks were given, by any means I made sure I got the games I wanted to play

cool ass teens... wed be like we watch our movie then we watch a porn movie... once they were sufficiently basted the tv went off & the stereo came on... once we were done another movie til they fall out.... once they sleep the game came on.... they wake up hungry, they get leftovers...
