Does Lagos have comparable infrastructure /QOL as Abuja?

Abuja has the best road infrastructure in the country. It’s a newer planned city similar to Brasilia in Brazil. A 15 min car ride is actually 15 mins. In Lagos it can be 45 mins due to intense traffic.

Lagos’ infrastructure is strained due to the population boom and infrastructure development not keeping pace.

In Lagos? Yes but more so by expansion of the city East of Lekki. But the main core of Lagos mainland and island is so densely habited. The govt would need to do a lot of clearing out
