hairline retreating. I'm not sure if my eyes are getting better or worse. Time for an eye exam.

Got a lot of aches and pains, but I had a rough life of hard living, and also getting the shyt kicked out of me. :russ:

It sounds like someone playing with bubble wrap when I stretch.

I still look about 15 years younger than my actual age, but I look old to me.

I'm 22 and my knees are already shot. Little to no cartilage in left knee so it's like bone on bone. When the ball was checked I hit the court like

Used to put teams on my back and get my :childplease: on when me and my boys would hit the gym just two or three years ago.

Stopped playing ball everyday plus bad knees, and now I have about two or three good possessions and I'm trotting back down court on D like

and deferring to my younger brother on some "Take us home :lupe: ," shyt.

By the time I'm 25 or 30? :heh:

:wow:27...All the years of balling and running have caught up on my knees. Stamina and endurance still good but everytime I ball or run know my knees be like:whoa:. Still go to the gym 2-3 times a week but the recovery time is no less than 2 days. I haven't drank soda or ate fast food since my college days in a way that helped me from being :flabbynsick:. Eat healthy and try to exercise more, brehs.

Haven't really had any issues with gaining weight (yet), but IMO the worst thing is that hangovers are starting to get serious.

Back in my early 20s I could drink like a fish and still be :lift: the next morning. Now (late 20s), I still have the alcohol tolerance, but any more than two drinks and I'm :gag: for the entire next day. Feels bad man.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
You have to work out, build stamina & "practice" for weeks before a known game of ball. Before: for a random game, you could simply change clothes, grab a gatorade and ball for hours.

Alcohol affects you differently. Longer recovery.

This spring, i've been participating in a community flag football league. The bolded you mentioned was real deal, April O'neal shiit. Nowadays, if i don't prepare in advance with some jogging and stretching, i can expect to get some kind of cramp in my tummy or quad(s) being pulled to the extreme. We had our last regular season game last week and i could barely keep up with our opponent (playing corner back at 32 is :ohlawd:).

Playoffs are next weekend and i plan on training this upcoming week to show i still got it (a little).

We have a coffee table at work that's the height of my shin made of glass - so you know the shiit is dense and heavy. Any who, i walked inot that mothafukka like...

It would hurt anybody, but it still hurts today... that's the point.
