My Director constantly uses two terms that everyone else in my department hates.......

75% of the time, the shyt that comes after these two statements are usually something asinine where thinks he know's the reason for a problem, and is waaay off or introduces an idea that isn't viable or a product that doesn't even exist. Our other boss, usually brushes the director off and tells us "don't bother with what he just said, I'll talk to him"

I hate when people talk like 'on my grind', 'on my hustle', too...it's just tacky and uncomfortable, esp. if they are white and talking about real estate or something. I hate when one of closest friends says 'How you been'?, after he saw me 2 days ago. Or he'll say 'How you living'? with no trace of irony or humor.
