That's the Babushka lady. I'm guessing maybe the first pic probably had some backstory on her, but is now gone. She may have took a pic or video that could have shown if there was a second shooter or not when the JFK assassination occurred. She never came forward and to this day, nobody knows her identity.

1.Elisa's family stated that she suffered from bipolar disorder.
2.She had antidepressant medications in her system.at time of death.
3.The lid on the water tank was not heavy at all.just look at a picture of the tank.

Easy to get in but impossible to get out.

The theory is that Elisa suffered from a manic episode.
