Thank god I never got into drugs and food was my only real vice, need to lose weight,

Add terrible diet and poor sleeping habits. You don't have to look like this at his age. You can look good and graceful. Idris and Will Smith are both much older than this dude and they look clean and in shape.

Terrible lifestyle choices will ruin you far more than the natural aging process.
