We desperately need a PG. With that said, Fisher still has horrible player rotations.

These dumb 3rd quarters are Fish's fault because it's not an energy issue; NY is visibly lost on what to do coming out of the half. The halves are the times when coaches make adjustments, even if it's just to improve on a good 1st half. It seems like Fisher doesn't teach them anything during the half. Phil needs to help him with that because Fish is a rookie.
:beli: It's the whole teams fault

Amares defense is ass like always, we can't defend the 3 , melo is stinking it up and no one on this team can post up just jump shoot.

Theyre ass on both sides of the ball and they make the same mistakes over and over again.

even with our struggles if Melo could play like his regular self we would of won at least 2 of our last games

And if Swish wouldn't have gotten suspended, and if someone besides Jason could make a shot against Detroit in the first half, and if Sam, Larkin, Cole, Swish, and Tim weren't all inefficient against the Wiz. These cheating refs don't help either. I really don't understand why anyone expects them to win being cheated by the men who control game when the men who control the game don't expect it, which is why they cheat them. 'Melo isn't trying to miss shots, just like José, Bargs, and Pablo aren't trying to be injured. If you're gonna hold players accountable for things they can't control (missing shots) then why not hold injured players accountable for being injured? 'Melo is trying to help in the ways he can control when shots aren't falling.

If that were the case, it wouldn't just happen in the 3rd. 'Melo missing shots isn't why NY only scored 13 pts in the 3rd tonight.

Were just not a good team. Good teams find a way to win when one player is hurt or when one player has an off night or when the refs are cheating. The way you put it makes it seem like all the stars need to line up in order for us to win.

I'm not sure how you got that I'm saying "all the stars need to line up". More than 1 player is hurt. More than 1 player is having off nights. Which team won a decent amount of games with refs cheating them excessively? Which "good" team had refs cheating them excessively? Problem for NY: no stars are lining up; none. Cavs must be trash in your eyes because they're struggling while being stacked, having no major or numerous injuries, and having the refs in their back-pockets.

That said, what does any of this have to do with the non-coaching during the halves of each game, leading to a routinely putrid 3rd quarter?

The only thing we can be happy about is Shump steppin up...hes been ballin. Carmelo will be aiight too but we shouldnt expect too much with this roster, we'll probably end up being a borderline playoff team. At least we have our draft pick this year :manny:
