Can't remember the cats name, but they started cracking down hard on graf artists. He got hit with like a decade behind bars for tagging. His tag is everywhere over the city.
Can you imagine if these graffiti artists painted actual pictures & sold them at galleries and showcases

I think you're supposed to steal the paint, thats one of the things
