Gentrification generally makes cities better. Don’t care how upset it makes the coli . All the cities that the coli dikkrides are either gentrified or do a good job of cleaning up their trash, why’s nobody trying to move to Little Rock, St.Louis, New Orleans or Milwaukee?

Once the trash is out the way is when cities become appealing

I’m 50/50 with gentrification because I don’t want to see hard working people getting pushed out but then again I look at these New Yorkers missed in the 1990s and 1980s like

I’ve said before, I’ve enjoyed my times out in Philly. Granted I was always in the Rittenhouse or Penn area or outside in the Main Line, but had fun nevertheless. Competed in the Head of the Schuylkill at Vesper BC when I was in college and just recently was in a tournament at the Racquet Club of Phily.

When I’m in philly I usually meet black women in colleges, and social events.
