If you'lr a 19 yr old kid that ends up in prison because your role models were killers and drug dealers and you never had any structure in your life

Then you can find some structure and a path to inner peace through religion

We already know that Christianity was imposed on Black people as a means to keep them from revolting against slavery by having hope that white Jesus will rescue them so they won't kill themselves and continue to accept slavery way of life

Islam is also protection for some on the inside so there's different reasons why some may migrate to it versus other popular religions

Philly just a demonic restless city man. Temple land was a large Cemetry, and they dug the bodies up. The bodies were then drop in Northeast Philly near the Delaware river. You can go up there and see some of the tombstones in the water.
Johnson Home Projects was a massive Cemetry.
Jefferson Medical school use to dig up black bodies for studies and shyt.

Philly just have terrible energy.

Plenty of street dudes in Philly are Muslim. It never made sense to me. Philly is just different.

Philly been a Muslim city since the 1940s. The leaders thought it was a good idea to have these brothers in prison during the 40s and 50s become Muslim to rehab them. The problem is these Philly bols were really into the street and realized that they can hide behind the Mosque to commit their crimes thus creating the First Ever Black Mafia in America.

I always been an avid researcher and reader about Philly history and the crime back then is almost the same now. It just then it was order due to organizations such as the Black Mafia, Italian Mafia, Pagans, Irish etc... Philly got rid of all those organizations and we have this problem today.

I'm not a Krasner fanboy but to be fair, these increases are happening everywhere regardless of how the DA affiliates. Also, the doubling took place almost entirely since COVID hit. From our low in 2013 of 246 murders, the number went up about 25% until Krasner came in and then there was a little more than 10% spike in 2018 but 2018-19 were basically flat. shyt hit the fan with COVID going from 356 in 2019 to 499 in 2020 and now 513 so far. Again numbers had been trending up nationwide so I am not sure if he is the effect.

The police hate him but the community don't trust the police. The heavily police backed Carlos Vega (one of Krasner's short time employees before he purged the DA office after taking charge) lost by double digits in the Democratic Primary...with Krasner polling most heavily in the places with highest crime. People need to realize they need to stop fantasizing about a new Rizzo era and build links with the community so there trust them to do their job. Blaming Larry Krasner only wins with White or suburban voters who aren't liking him anyway.

it's way more of a cultural thing here (ie: everybody here muslim so i'm muslim too) then some devout population of muslims
