Those cities are all blue cities but on a state level you are right. Red states have higher murder rates than blue states but crime rates are only paid attention to when it’s at the city level

What the population count looking like?

Chicago had 1 million plus black residents during the crack era.. Now people here champion the murder rate has gone down since then, but they fail to mention the black population went down to 750k though..

Thank you for your input brother but the graph shows their murder rate has baselined after a sharp decline.

Florida is a swing state with a large NY transplant democrat population that keeps their larger metro areas bluer than a Duke Blue Devils game. There are redder states than Florida with overall higher murder rates than Florida.

If you took the number of murders in an entire year in one of your examples like Mississippi it wouldn't equal the number or murders in Philly. Them nikkas Rob.
