I would like to say Sony is at top because of
Microsoft mistakes not their marketing or anything related to offering more than Microsoft. Capitalized from a business mistake to the fullest. Sony even surprise how they are selling that many systems.

thing is, Xbox would never beat Playstation in sales because of the strength of the PS Brand worldwide. Even if Mattrick didn't fukk up with the price, DRM shyt, mandatory kinect, you still had a basic hardware strength issue too. I do think the sales might be a few mill closer, but in no way was the XB1 going to beat the PS4 in sales worldwide. It just wasn't. An 8.5 million head start wasn't even enough last gen to stop the PS3 from overtaking the 360 in sales.

Xbox brand should be more than fine and established as the number 2 option going forward if they desire. They'll be fine.

I do think the PS4 will win by a healthy margin, but it is not out of reach yet considering it's only a 10 million lead with HALO 5 coming out.

HALO 5 alone probably ensures that Microsoft wins a month or two straight once that game is out (assuming it delivers)

If you are talking NPD sales, I totally agree. Still won't outsell the PS4 worldwide even with Halo 5. I expect some out of this world bundles again from MS for the Holidays though. I also think they might go down to 299 for some reason as the standard price.

that's all that should matter honestly. ppl get caught up in sales, exclusives, specs, 1080p and all that but ignore gameplay. some of the best gaming experiences i've had were indie games or not graphics-intensive.

Both are good but 343 so far looks like they are doing a good job by what we seen of Halo 5 so far especially campaign. We will see.
