I think even more than all of those things, the stress of losing his father followed by the stress of dealing with all his personal demons followed by the stress of the media coverage when it was all exposed, then the break up of his marriage and all that.
No proof but I'm guessing the mental shyt over all those years aged him even more than the physical actions did. Stress is a motherfukker.
