Nothing to read into (although with Phil you never know) just saying he wanted him to be more of a complete player and facilitator. It's ironic though, because while Kobe does need to play like LeBron at times, LeBron needs to play like Kobe at times too (being more aggressive in crunch time, "having killer instinct"
