Covington, who is indeed an idiot, is trying to get a title fight with Tyron Woodley, and Punk is a teammate and probably a friend of Woodley's.

So Covington is probably doing this in a weak-ass attempt to get a reaction from Woodley. Other than that, yeah, it makes no sense at all.

The problem is this cornball Covington (who talked shyt face to face with a HW UFC fighter, then ran and got a boomerang slung at him, then threatened to press charges like a little b*tch) , is about to get this fight against Woodley for the title. Reports are that Woodley and Covington will be the next coaches for The Ultimate Fighter show, which usually matches the coaches up at the end of the season. SMH.

Some of ya'll need to realise for some people the WWE isn't the be all and end all. CM Punk is doing what he wants and following his own path, rather than stay miserable in WWE like so many of the roster.

Yeah he's a joke in MMA, but I ain't gonna shyt on him because he had the balls to walk away from the WWE bullshyt. The same WWE bullshyt most of us complain about on a weekly basis.
