sports marketing or marketing period. so many ways you can hustle but you have to be outgoing and willing to network
completely out of the medical field?

what about medical research?

One of my good friends is a pediatrician for a non-profit and she completely loves her job. You probably wouldn't even know that she's a doctor.

Why, what happened?

The job is stressful, and quite honestly mind numbing. The pay imo isnt worth the hours nor having to deal with customers who dont understand how their insurance work.

Pharmacists work 10-12 hour shifts, no break for lunch or anything.
They work at least 5 days every given week, for the whole day. Usually it was like 9 am-9 pm. thats the whole day! No time to do shyt else. They stand there and count pills and counsel patients on their medicine. I plan on finishing pharmacy school and doing anything BUT retail. Ill take the paycut to keep my sanity. Maybe id do it part time but def not full time.

What about an overnight position?
12 hours by yourself overnight without any techs....doing drivethrough, drop-off,pick-up AND production. And if there is a store with a overnight position...its a busy store. Good luck. Them pharmacists always talk about they shoulda been doctors or something lol

Home of Dr. Michael Okpara & GeneralAguiyi-Ironsi
Pharmacist are Doctors of Pharmacy and graduate with a PharmD.
I would advise you to do a residency in some discipline after pharmacy school PGY1 and/or PGY2.
Similar to medical students, sooner or later this will be required.
Most of the pharmacist who have shytty perspectives work in retail or work in the hospital as staff pharmacist.
There are other areas in pharmacy besides those two.
