My biggest pet peeve is a mc having a whole album rhyming over samples looped without any real production behind it. It's cool for a song or two but a whole album shows laziness. I want drums in my music.

What is your pet peeve?
Any names?

Other pet peeves

1) Holding Styrofoam sippy cups in music videos, it's like that's the new form of street cred for these guys. That is so very lame to me.

2) Artists that I like that turn out to be bad people, like Mystical and Kodak, both had rape charges and Mystical was convicted.

3) I like a rapper then I find out he used ghostwriters, even if for a song I didn't like. That is completely unacceptable to me!

4) Birdman, imagine how many fans won't listen to C5 because it took too long, much damage has already been done.

5) A&Rs

im starting to hate that just as much as i hate cookie cutter trap production.

one of roc’s people tried to say rapping over drumless loops harder than with drums which is bullshyt

Emcees being bot able to rap their album. Ofcourse minor tweaks while recording is part of the process but but hearing someone rap their ass off on record and then just do ad-libs over their own tracks in a 'live' show:scust: lazy as fukk

Also too many skits. I want to hear the songs and skits often take away from my enjoyment
