That stuff should be better regulated or have clearer warnings and instructions.

Maybe people forgot but in the late 1990s and early 2000s a lot of people got hospitalized or died from using ephedrine and fat burners. Basically stimulants.

Even these preworkouts now are too strong and unnecessary.

Sad, my girls cousin did this with morphine. He was dying anyway but read the bottle wrong took too much, ended up dying while on the game with his friends.

Man used to do that shyt when i was younger, that caffeine would give my heart troubles, bronkaid was weird too

Cheap Homemade Pre Workout: Make Your Own! [Easy] | Lift Vault

Cliffs: Get a little food scale
  1. Caffeine – 2-300 mg; I'd buy pills and crush em, that caffeine powder hits your dookie different
  2. Beta Alanine – 3-4 grams
  3. L-citrulline – 6-8 grams
  4. MiO Flavor Drops – 1 squeeze
    1. Or whatever your preferred flavoring agent is. Kool Aid powder, Gatorade powder, flavor drops, etc. all work fine.
  5. I'd experimented adding other things like Betaine, Creatine monohydrate, etc.

It won't taste great but it will work, prolly have you crash less than store-bought Pre's, and you won't have as many (if any) side effects.

It'll also cost you more time but save you money. If I lift 6x week on average, I'd save at least $165 or so a year doing this all the time.

I just finished the tub of Pre-Jym so I'm on my homemade kick for the next few months.

  • 4g beta alanine
  • 8g citrulline malate
  • 250-300mg caffeine
  • Pixxy stick
  • 4-9g G2 powder
  • 1.5-2g breatine monohydrate

You could bump the caffeine up to 400mg and still be scraight. (Max RDA is like 500mg/day.)

Ish does not taste good...at all, but it works. :francis:
