They mismanage the fukk out of there first party and now they are adding two publishersLol you can say this about MS entire upcoming first party line up.
I'm sure they didnt want to show off Starfield yet either but they realized they fukked up announced a release date and realized they had to give the people something.

@The Mad Titan you walked right into that one.why would he?
god of war ragnarok announcement - september 16 2020 - releases november 9th 2022
Hellblade 2 announcement - december 19th 2019 - releases TBA??

I think they would. I think the only major one making 2023 will be Redfall, Starfield, and possibly Avowed. I am skeptical of Hellblade making it to 2023 If the ABK acquisition goes through they could probably afford perfect dark, fable, state of decay 3, Inexile, compulsion game, and Contraband coming out 2024 and beyond. All those 2023 titles better not slide into into 2024.
That's a convenient excuse. It more like they have nothing to show. The Initiative was such a mismanaged mess of a studio that I doubt they made it out of the concept stage before having to bring in an outside studio to salvage things. As of this year's E3 like briefing, they are letting all their games that does not have a window of 12 months or less from release, stay away from the limelight, with is great. Forza and Starfield suck up a lot of space. Don't honestly need more than that.

plus we got news a year ago in 2021 on God of War after the 2020 announcement. with a trailer included! with gameplay!
I don't recall God of War Ragnarok going almost 2 years with nothing post announcement. what does this have to do with Perfect Dark tho?
I just posted a video from last year with gameplay footage. We've got 2 years of news and a release date since the announcement. Perfect Dark has almost 2 years of silence since the announcement. There's nothing to walk Into
Gow 2 has had lil to no news about it for the last two years.
But it's also a sequel from a team that's worked on it time and time again.
My point was you gave it time.
Perfect dark even though they told you before the trailer dropped that it was concept and they literally haven't started anything on it.
As well as it being a new ip from for a new team... And you bumping a thread asking "where is pd"
Yet you we're the main one arguing down how studios rarely bring in other studios and how PD was a messWhat a surprise
