I listen to his podcast and he’s brought up how he definitely would have did MMA if it was bigger back in the day.

There is a reason mma fighters put respect on wrestling name. Go in a mma/bjj/mt gym and watch how they train then go to a wrestling school. It is intense, imagine hard sparring multiple times a week these guys are having live matches going hard in the paint at the end of every class no matter what. not even gonna mention what them boys in Russia are doing

Kurt and his work ethic would have went crazy over there.

I Can't listen to anything under 1.5x. The brain adapts to it easily

I listen exclusively at 1.5 speed. But I do kind of feel like it's made me impatient listening to people speak. If I could watch tv at 1.5 speed I'm probably would.
