i agree with 99% of what Fuller says. Many black people get together all the time outside of constructive business or however it's phrased. I just disagree with that one specific opinion. If he said, black people need to get together more often for something constructive i would agree and i think it should be phrased that way. What are black men not being held accountable for? Of course, you're going to cherry pick out a few rich black men, right? Like R. Kelly. But you're comment is about black men as a group. As a group, black men are the most incarcerated, least educated, most unemployed, most villified, poorest people, etc.. in the U.S...what exactly are black men getting away with that we need to be "held accountable"? Even innocent black men end up in prison and are held accountable purely based on being black men.
Black men refuse to hold other Black men accountable for poor behaviors, afraid of even taking them to task and they hide behind us being the most vilified group to excuse that behavior. Even criticizing neighborhood drug dealers who destroy the community is "anti-black" because we should be more focused on how the drugs are getting into the communities in the first place.

No black man would resolve an issue within our community with genocide. That's a system of white supremacy. I'm starting to put 2 and 2 together now.
1. Black girlfriend on a previous hip hop site was a hoe.
2. A hip hop site that calls cacs out on their insidious behavior disturbs said person.
3. Diverts the subject by pointing out black issues but pretends to be black to avoid being criticized of being racist.

you're speaking on how outside groups view and treat us, that's an entirely different discussion..but inside our community, we give passes to TOO many anti-social behaviors
- children out of wedlock
- drug dealing
- dropping out of school
none of these activities are vilified or frowned upon INSIDE our community, not by society at large, but within our group these aren't necessarily bad things
now before you snap off on me, at least challenge my stance intellectually or with sound arguments
