Under a system where procreation is based on income, a middle class family might be ineligible if they can't financially support a child because of their existing financial obligations, making this same decision based on tax brackets doesn't require nuance.

Black people are more prone to violence than our white counterparts, that's a fact. There's also context for why that is but the context doesn't change the fact. I'm not here to explain why Black people shouldn't have contact as I've never made the argument that we shouldn't have contact.

I'm not ignoring it, we're statistically more prone nay, likely to suffer from violence than our white counterparts, there are a host of reasons for why this is and none of those reasons include Black people being inherently more violent.
