I used to do this when i was kid. Especially because i was living in GA and running all the time. A beater under your shirt was a must to prevent sweat stains. sometime a whole undershirt.

But as i got older, i don't be running around outside getting sweaty and i live in a cooler climate. I only wear layers now when its going to be too cold outside.

I always notice Americans in the financial areas in London as they’re wearing t shirts under their shirts during summer lol

I only used to do this when I was younger and would play basketball after school, id just have a tanktop and bball shorts underneath anything i was wearing so I could go hoop.

I do it cause I sweat easily in the summer so the beater stops the sweat from hitting my t shirt and having all kinda sweat dots on the fresh tee, no other reason this is a must to do though.

Not everyone’s anatomy is the same breh, my sweatiest area is my back and I use antiperspirant deodorant so I’ve never had an issue with sweaty armpits.
