Why? Especially the ones that try to get with the boss (usually women)....11 out of 10 times it never works and makes the work environment uncomfortable, especially when shyt goes south. Just in the last 3 months I've had a few female friends attempt this...you know the outcome.

I stay away from those to avoid that sexual harassment charge. You don't want things to go south if y'all hit a rocky point in your relationship. Some women are petty and will go down that road at the slightest provocation so it's best if you not bother with that.

1.sexual harassment, say you beat and have the face every time she walks by, she goes to hr your done.
2. if you actually fall in love or the other one does and you break up, you literally have to see them every day.

as one of the few black males at my work i dont even look at anyone, i already know im probably viewed as ignorant and some sex crazed aggressive male, so i say nada.
