nah my apartment is good temperature. sometimes it gets to hot but opening hte window for like 5 seconds will cool it for like an hour.

This. Last night I had to go to my moms crib and deal off a window that has an air conditioner in it because my sister has a newborn in there and the winds were whipping like crazy. I thought a tree would fall over.
Then I had to go back again today and put a quilt/comforter over the whole window because the seal just wasn't working. Bottom line, cold is cold no matter what
